How do I change my "reply to" email address?

Hi Folks,

I'd like help in how to specify a "reply to" email address. The recipient will see that my email came from "myusername@gmail.com" and if they reply, their response will be sent to "myusername@gmail.com". Note that I don't want the recipient to see an icloud.com domain (I am not ready to switch email addresses yet).

I use iCloud in iOS (latest), Mac OS (latest), and iCloud.com.

How can I setup this "reply to" address?
