macbook getting too hot with local server xampp

whenever i run xampp server on my macbook pro 15' 2015 model retina display, it becomes too hot.

Whenever i run chrome browser it again becomes very hot

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
