Is it possible to cancel a refund? (It's still pending)

I got this paid app, but then I realised that there was a similar, but free app on the app store, so I downloaded the free app.

So I got a refund for the paid app, which is still pending.

When I used the free one, It wasn't what I expected it to be like, so I deleted it.

So now i want the paid one back...Is it possible?
