a month ago i started getting two messagesat startup
#1 "allow open base to accept incoming connections?"
#2 "allow open exec" with same question
as i recall years ago these had something to to do with a database program
how do i get rid of them?
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
Can you post a screen shot of the message and a little more explanation of the context?

In either of two ways:
1. Completely uninstall the database program according to the developer's instructions. You'll have to do your own research to find that information.
2. Turn off the Application Firewall in the Security & Privacy preference pane. You should probably do that anyway, as it serves no purpose on a desktop computer that is always behind an NAT router.
