Question

iphone won't turn on, shows apple logo for 20 seconds then turns off

My iPhone 5C will not turn on. If I try it will show apple logo for 20 seconds then turn off.

I do not have the original computer that it was set up from

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4.1

HI what is happening is your phone is boot looping sometimes happens when phone doesnt detect battery or battery as come to the end of its life

I have the same problem with my iphone 5..and it's true that was a battery issue (dennp's response earlier)...Try to release the battery connection for a couple minutes and then connect again...it's solve my problem...if nothing change maybe you have to change the battery...beware for your iphone warranty..do with your own risk....
