Safari Unresponsive + Freezing since iOS 8.4.1

Was wondering if anyone else was running into these same problems.

Since I updated my iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 8.4.1

Safari - starts to load a webpage then freezes

Mail - Links in Emails don't always work

Music - Constantly asks me to Sign Up for Apple Music - even though I have a subscriptions. Also won't always play music.

Podcasts - Doesn't Update - just endlessly loads
