How to refresh the firmware of MBP early 2011 10.10

My mac was not allowing the SSD to write with full speed in Windowas 10, so

I used BOOTICE as described in the link below to enable AHCI mode for SSD drive.

Now I can write with 560Mb/s (was 350Mb/s before), but my problem now is in Windows 10 the computer cannot wake up from sleep.


So basically I want to go back to before to the configuration where it was IDE mode for the SSD. Hopefully this will fix the waking from sleep problem.
