apple care refund missing?

hello i have received notice that a gift card went into my gmail, well i checked my spam, and i checked everywhere for answers. i requested a refund for my apple macbook apple care +. They said to check my spam, i did. Seems like its missing or completely gone. What do i do? They said i should of gotten it by now. All my filters off on my gmail. Is there a special button i have to push?
