notebook template in Pages

Hi,

I cannot seem to find any template similar to the one I have used previously in windows office. I do like the notebook layout, including recording function and different tabs that allows me to keep all notes for one class in one notebook. Can you please advise if there indeed is an avaliable template o in Pages, or if it is possible to manually create and save a similar template? If not, are there an app or similar avaliable that you can recommend?
