Downloaded music not playing

I per-ordered a CD and when it became available for download all but one song appears in my i-tunes. It shows song #5 and #7 with no #6. When I look in the i tunes store it says "purchased" by the song so I can' not re-download it. I checked to make sure it was not hidden and that did not solve anything. I deleted the album and re downloaded it and the same song is not appearing. When I look on my phone the song shows up but will not play it skips over it onto the next one. I did previously order this song as a single and I wonder if that could have anything to do with the problem? I don't think it should though since I ordered the entire CD. I've tried several things and not making any progress so any ideas are appreciated!
