"Utility has encountered a fatal error, and will now terminated"

The following message keep popping up every half an hour. What should I do?

"Utility has encountered a fatal error, and will now terminated..."

(See full message in attached image)

This happen after I upgraded the DIVX to the latest version (by its request), but I'm still not sure if this really cause the problem.

Things I have done:

- Repaired permission & restarted

- Uninstalled and re-installed DIVX.

- Downloaded and installed both Python 3.4.8 and 2.7.10 from www.python.org

Thanks.

In the meantime, can anyone assist me how to follow the suggestion in the message?

"...You may need to install a framework build of Python, or edit the PyRuntimeLocations array in this application's Info.plist file"

Gordon Lehmann has already posted a solution in DIVX Forum – as follow :

I have found the culprit, its Zipcloud that install with DivX. If you right click, Show Package Contents, Resources and there is Utility, the app that causes the issue. Just delete Zipcloud.
