Aug 28, 2015 3:00 PM in response to Victoria3373by Demo,★HelpfulDoes Siri hear you? Can you record a voice memo? If you can, it's most likely not the mic. Try a forced restart. hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Aug 29, 2015 1:45 AM in response to Demoby Victoria3373,I have made some progress! I have discovered I can record a voice memo only when I have the headphones plugged in. Does this mean its still a hardware component in the headphone jack or is in something in settings? If I can't fix it by Monday I will contact my carrier and demand a new phone. Your help has been invaluable, thanks.
