All my local music has gone to the cloud and is no longer available

I have a great iTunes library with all my old music I took from all my CD's and it also includes some music I got from iStore.

It is all in a local library. Now when I start iTunes everything has disapeared in the cloud!! I whant my local music back. When I use iTunes I whant it to use internet, it is on my disc.

How can I get my music back?
