Window Jumps to Top

Very often as I'm using iTunes, the window will "jump" to the top of whatever screen I'm on. For example, I may be browsing Metallica under albums, but the screen will jump to the very top of the list seemingly at random. This problem occurs on just about every menu under music. Is anyone else affected by this issue? It makes browsing music very difficult.
