my itunes isn't opening

I installed the iTunes on my windows pc and it didn't open... I tried to reinstall and repair it and didn't work also

I already called the Apple Support and they couldn't solve my problem, so I need some help

I'm trying to solve it for DAYS and I'm DONE searching for answers with no solution, so please, help me 😢
