Apps, iTunes and iBooks are not working.

Apps, iTunes and iBooks are not working. Apps do not download, books do not open (blank page). Signing out of iCloud and rebooting plus resigning loads books but apps still not downloading...


A reinstall as new phone has not changed the issue. Backups are not completing because apps are not being downloaded. This has been going on for the past week now.
