option for not agreeing to new terms and conditions?

I'd prefer not to agree to any new iTunes terms and conditions, but the phone won't let me update 3d party apps unless I do. Do I have any option to NOT agree to the new terms and stick with the current terms?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

No, you do not. If you don't agree to the terms, then you have no access to the apps. It makes no sense to have it any other way.
