Sorry. There's nothing much we (or Apple) can do for you. iPhones are not user serviceable and Apple does not sell iPhone parts. Screen replacements for the iPhone 4S are not available from any authorized source.
Screen replacement done by phone repairing store. I just need to know why is happening?

It's happening because whoever replaced the screen either borked something up or sold you faulty goods.
There are NO legitimate sources for iPhone parts. The only parts they could have used are either salvaged, stolen, or counterfeit.
Your phone is unsupportable. Take it back to whoever replaced the screen. If they can't help you, either find a repair shop that can or buy a new phone.
Maybe VoiceOver got enabled. Try triple-tapping the home button.
