I bought apple care separately from my MBA 13". Tried to register via the above screen but was unable to change the Country from USA to my country. Is there a solution/alternative to complete this?

At the bottom right corner of this page, there is a country flag icon.
Click on it and select the country.

Thanks so much, this helped. Wonder why can't the website be smarter detecting my location when I perform this registration. In fact, I went in the Apple website via my country's apple website.... Thanks again!!!
