complaint about a macbook

I bought a refurbished macbook pro a year ago and it has already had a cable connection fixed and just recently had the logic board replaced. Thank goodness I bought the warranty. I am wanting to complain to someone because i bought a mac because I heard it is a good computer and rarely breaks, lasts forever, but obviously not mine. Does anyone know where I can complain about this issue?
