ITunes 12.2.2.25 does not sync iPod nano

My ipods will not sync with the upgraded iTunes 12.2.2.25. iTunes communicates that it cannot sync, the disk is not available. iTunes runs on a Windows 7 operating platform, I have removed iTunes and reinstalled, tried different cables and it still will not Sync. I t will sync my iPad and iPhone.

Extremely frustrated with Apple products and operating systems.
