How to transfer movies to iPhone from PC.

I am using apple music on my iphone and my i cloud music library is turned on. (on itunes on my PC and on my iPhone).

I want to transfer movies of more than 1 GB to my iphone without using internet data.

When i try to transfer music it first uploads the music to icloud and then i can download it on my iPhone, which is very time consuming.

I dont want to do that at all with the movies i have on my PC.

If there is a way by which i can directly transfer movies to iphone without internet when icloud music library is turned on please tell me.
