cant login to icloud.com from ipad

Right - you can only use a full iCloud.com interface via a computer. However, you can look at a desktop version of iCloud by going to the browser on your iPad, type in iCloud.com and Send, tap the URL/Address bar at the top of the screen and pull down to display a menu that has an option to "Request Desktop Version". Click on that and you will be able to bring up the iCloud site.

The site interaction will not be as robust as it is when you go there via a computer, but you will be able to click on the iCloud icons and see their content.
