Cannot save Project after update to 10.2

Since upgrading (automatically) to Logic Pro 10.2, I can't save my project. When I try to save it, it tries to save /copy all the orig WAV files, which take a very long time. But now it won't even save and comes up with error message:

All allocation blocks on the volume are full

Result code = -34

File = (name of file).wav

I've saved projects as packages and as folders with the same (no go) results.

Please help if you can. I'm in the middle of a huge mixing project.
