I Can't install any apps on my iphone it keeps on waiting I'm using
First see if you have Restrictions enabled > About Restrictions (parental controls) on iPhone
If not, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings then restart your iPhone. You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.
Then try installing apps.
