Want to cancel a password reset

I was trying to sign in, and my account said that I was using the incorrect password. After entering the correct password multiple times, I got a notification to reset my password, and I followed the instructions to reset it soon to realized that my go to password was used within the past year, which means that the previously "incorrect" password that was getting denied was indeed the correct one. Any way I can cancel the password account, I don't want to make a new password.
