my ipad sometimes becomes un-responsive and moves between the apps and screens by itself

I have a mini Ipad 2 with IOS 8.4.1 , the device sometimes becomes un-responsive and starts moving between the applications very quickly without letting me choose anything , I've tried restoring the device to factory settings but still the problem is there

iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 8.4.1

Have you tried a Reset? Hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.

If it persists after that you probably have a malfunctioning digitizer and you will need to get it serviced.
