Moving Alchemy Samples Folder to another location

Just updated to 10.2. I'd like to move the Alchemy Samples Folder (14 GB) to an ext HD, as I did for the Apple loops and other third party samples replaced with their alias. But it doesn't work for this new folder. I don't know why, but it causes Logic to be reloaded from App Store. Is there an other way?
