how do I now update Itunes match as the tab has disappeared in the itunes update?

how do I update ITunes match? I have bought music on iTunes, added it to a playlist and it is not updating on my other devices. The tab that used to be on iTunes for ITunes Match is not longer there so I don't know how to update ITunes Match now? Help.

iOS 7.1.1, iMatch on PC
