Black spot on apple watch screen

I have an apple watch (not sport edition). This apple watch is 4 weeks old. I have NEVER weared this outside my home and the watch has never touched water or other liquids. Today i have noticed a black spot on the left side corner on the screen, is visibile with a white / clear background. I don't know if it's a group of dead pixels or a piece of dust (i think is dust, but i am not shure). I don't have apple care but the watch is obviously under warranty. I have to go at the apple store? The nearest is at 1 hour away from my house.
