how to send debug log by a PC

A little problem was found with the iCloud backup function of my iPhone running the public beta version iOS 9, after reporting to apple, their expert ask me to send a debug log to them with iTunes in Mac. But I am using a PC, can I send the report to them with the iTunes for windows. Thanks!
