Why Myanmar is not in the country list? I wanna register with it. Please!

I am from Myanmar and just bought an macbook. I know I have to create an account. Currently, I used with Thailand name as there is no Myanmar in the county list. Here I found apple store in Yangon and many authorize sellers. But Why Myanmar is not in the list?
