error 3194 Iphone 5S

Hi,

I was trying to restore my IOS8.4.1 back into IOS8

I noticed every time is trying to restore, the error come out 3194.

I have tried to reinstall the ITUNE, re download the file, restart pc, restart iPhone and etc. It all turn out to be the same result.

I have even tried to download on another PC and try to restore the firmware but still the same.

Is there any help?
