Aug 29, 2015 11:28 AM in response to Bill_Davisby Luis Sequeira1,You should start by making sure the two monitors are attached to different thunderbot buses. The six ports on the MP are on three different buses:
Use multiple displays with your Mac Pro (Late 2013) - Apple Support
Delete preferences, as they often get corrupted after a crash, and try again.

Aug 29, 2015 11:34 AM in response to Luis Sequeira1by Bill_Davis,Thanks for the reply. Putting the monitors on different buses is tricky because we have a fibre channel adapter and an AJA Io 4K connected to the other two.

Sep 1, 2015 2:31 PM in response to Bill_Davisby punktv,Agreed with Luis, I have 2 Samsung 4k monitors running into 2 of the thunderbolt ports and 2 x 4 port thunderbolt splitters to the hard drives. This works for me and the monitors never crash but sometimes the second one goes offline for a second. A few times the monitors have reversed and I have to reset them in FCP X. Hope this helps and best wishes.
