i went to iTunes and clicked no events when syncing my photos except selected albums but it still synced to my phone and i can't remove it. What should i do?

So i was syncing my photos from my MacBook Air onto my iPhone, and when that happened, "Events from my Mac" transferred as well as the selected album, and it won't let me delete it. I clicked on "no Events" when i went on iTunes and it still came onto my phone. So i took everything off again and tried, and it looks like i can't sync my selected photo album without "Events from my mac" coming on my iPhone as well. How do i get rid of it?
