I have a mac mine late 2014 os Yosemite and I use microsoft wireless keyboard 3000
everything works fine except the F's keys (1-12)
Someone can help me with this problem please??

only shows drivers for OSX 10.4 to 10.7. Maybe those will work but I doubt it. Otherwise you seem to be out of luck
I have a wired Logitech keyboard and by Default many of the F keys only work with the control key.
Go to Apple > System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Keyboard and look to see if:
1. the shortcuts are checked
2. if they are set using the control key

You can try but it will likely not work since the page only said applicability up to 10.7
