My one to one has expired, I thought you could keep renewing but I believe I am being told I have to buy a new computer to get one to one again, is that accurate?

One to One members may renew their membership within 30 days of expiration. Members may only renew their One to One membership a total of two times, for a total maximum membership period of three years.
