There's a movie which I found on iTunes on my iPad. I was thinking about buying it to watch on TV. Unfortunately I can't find it in the store on Apple TV.
Will this movie arrive on ATV in "purchased" section if I buy it on my iPad (I've got the latest model, bought a few months ago)?

Is it by chance only available in SD - if the store is set for HD on AppleTV certain SD movies only didn't used to show.
This movie is available on SD and HD as well.
Don't know if it helps, but I had the same problem, with a documentary called The Jinx. There is was, via my computer, in the iTunes store... but I could't find it via Apple TV. Then, a few days later, I realised that somehow I was entering The Jinx via the 'films' bit of the interface. So I went into TV programmes, did a new search, and now The Jinx appeared.
Thanks nlhntr for the tip, but unfortunately it doesn't work because there's no "TV programmes" section in Polish store. Anyway, it's a movie "American Hustle" 🙂
OK, I bought this movie on my iPad. It doesn't show on my Apple TV in purchased section.
Are both devices using the same iTunes account and the same location.
