storage is presented full even though there is noting taking space

Hi Guys,

Maybe someone can help on an issue with the iCloud account...

My iCloud account is always presented an warning of STORAGE almost full and with only around 200 MB free but when I try to manage the account, there isn't any backup or any other file that I can delete to make space.

Something is not right with the account - because I see on the status bar a backup with 4.17GB but there isn't nothing for me to see or delete.

How can I fix this?
