The speakers/sound stopped working on my MacBook

The sound/speakers no longer work on my MacBook. When headphones are plugged in, the sound does work.

There is no red light in the headphone jack; I tried resetting the NVRAM and SMC and checked system preferences.

Any other ideas??

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), iOS 10.10.3
