Updating to itunes 12.2.25

I am running Windows 10 and updated 12.2.2.25 and I am experiencing multiple issues. All my music was converted to MPEG-4 audio file or Internet audio stream (which are now grayed out and will not play). There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason, because an specific album may now have two kinds of files. The newest files are Apple Music ACC audio files. I was prompted to select iCloud Music or Apple Music and now nothing is running smoothing. Also, all new music on my phone is Internet Audio Stream Files, which not play either.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, as my ability to play music is now broken.
