Q: No sound during outgoing call until hit speaker phone

Hello, as the title stats, when I make an outgoing call, I do not hear anything until I hit the speaker phone. In other words, it seems as though my iPhone 5 only makes calls on speaker phone now. Has anyone else had this problem and have found a solution?

I tried resetting, sent in my data to Applt, and contacting Apple via chat, but still no luck.
