Q: Hi

HI, I have a iPhone 6 (3 months old) with the upgraded operating system iOS 8.4.1, in which the wifi is grayed out Suddenly. Following actions were taken to enable It but could not succeeded

1. Setting > General > Reset > Reset Network settings

2. Setting > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings ( factory reset)

still the issue has not solved. I could not able to turn on wifi. i want to know the if there is any other options to enable the wifi.

Note:- same wifi connections are working with iPad and other iPhones.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

Follow the instructions here: WiFi Greyed Out. If that doesn't resolve it take the phone to an Apple store, as it is still covered by the original warranty. Make an appointment first: http://concierge.apple.com/reservation/us/en/techsupport/
