iphone 4 microphone stop work on call

iphone 4 mic can't catch low sound during call or in voice memo but when i make too loud sound it picks little bit of sound and when i put call on speaker its work fine and also when i record video, voice also capture fine

when i use headphone during call it start making noise and also in sound memo

i also switch OFF and again ON but still facing same issue

i use heat gun, my iphone show heat up error, after sometime i restart it but same issue remain

i also reset my iphone fully and restart it but issue remain

i also try to make call on different app's with and without sim installed but facing same issue

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2, null
