Mixed up Apple IDs
When my wife has a transaction on her iiPhone 6 that requires her Apple ID and password the box consistently requests my information on her phone. I have gone into the settings on her iPhone and her email address is there.
Check which Apple ID is setup in Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID
