Restore "Add to Home screen" Content?

So I just had to restore my iPhone (the backup made was an old one though since my laptop never actually told me all the recent ones I made didn't work), and I had a lot of bookmarks made from safari by doing the whole "add to home screen" thing, but after restoring I lost them all and they were all pretty important so I'm wondering if anybody knows if they can be restored or not?
