Unable to upload iBook order

I have been trying for days to order an iBook project without success. I am able to assemble but that's as far as the ordering process will go. I even made a duplicate project (Thanks Terence!) and tried to fiddle around on that one but neither duplicate nor original will upload. What can I do?

Please note,I have done several such iBook projects and never had a problem before.
