resetting security questions without rescue email

ive forgotten the answers to the security questions and to reset them i need a rescue email which i dont have set up

i cant buy anything from the store cuz it asks for verification through answering the questions

i cant change stores cuz it says i have credit

i dont know wht to do im stuck

my store is usa i live in bahrain
