how to make photo books on ipad

I have about 40 images on my ipad and I want to make a photo book with them. My niece made a beautiful book on her mac and sent it to Apple for processing. Is there an app built in to the ipad to place pics on pages or templates? Or do I have to download an app? thanks for the help.
