Why do I get this when I ask a question?

NNot sure what you're talking about. You just asked a question.
The question is that I'm trying to ask a question to the community and when I try to post it I get this message at the top of the page and it won't post:
"You are not allowed to create or update this content."
For example I asked for a recommended BlueRay writer for my iMac and the message above prevented me from posting it!
I have asked other questions about Blue Ray writing.
Because you have successfully posted, my guess is that the forum naughty word filter intepreted a word/words and said "no you can't".

The word filter on this board works fine to filter the usual suspects of 'bad' words, but also filters combos of words which, each alone, are not bad.
You can not, for example post advice pointing to "free" content on "YouTube' - the filter assumes copy right issues ...
Rephrase your question, in my example replace "free' with 'at no costs' ....
